FAQ
-
Do you make any other products? All my products are designed and made by hand, so if there is a similar style of item (made from recycled boat sails), then please contact me to see if would be possible.
-
Is my product waterproof?Due to the nature of the sail materials used to make the bags, they do vary in waterproofness, sail material is highly durable and splash proof. As such these bags are not dry bags.
-
Why does my product look "used"?Each bag is made from repurposed kite wings which have lived a full life teaching and training people how to kite surf. Because these bags are made from salvaged kites, they may contain original scuffs, stains, patches and features. I believe that it is these quirky traits are what make my bags unique.
-
Will my product match the picture? Each product will be hand made and will be similar to that in the picture. I will endeavour to match the colours you have requested, please allow for artistic license which is the unique design of Wonky Bags . I will send you a picture of the finished bag before I post it off to you.
-
When will I receive my product? My postal day is Thursday each week. I use the Royal Mail to send the product. Please allow two to three working days. Parcels should arrive by Tuesday the following week.
-
What if the product isn't how I envisioned it?All of my products are hand made from salvaged materials, if the product you ordered isn't quite how you envisioned it , that is totally fine, please contact me and arrange a refund or remake.
-
How will my good be packaged?I use recycled packaging to minimize the environmental impact of my products. Your bag will be hand packed into a bag or box which has previously been used. Don't be surprised if you find your bag arriving in a repurposed cereal box or coffee bean bag!

What happens if my product breaks/tears?Should your product tear or break in any way, please contact me and post it back for a free repair. My little company is based on recycling and reusing and being kind to our world, so please go for the patch and repair option rather than the ditch it and buy again option.
